Overseas camps for masters in Malta, Slovakia and Mallorca. Situated in tried and tested locations that have a positive environment for sports development whilst taking in the local atmosphere.
Overseas Camps for clubs with their own coaches arranged for more than twenty years by us. For clubs wishing to run a training camp both longcourse and shortcourse with excellent local facilities.
U.K. Camp in October half term in Eyemouth for families with our experienced coaching team, designed for all whether Bagcats Youth, Seniors or Masters. With dedicated sessions for siblings and partners and an extensive Learn To Swim Section
All camps are focussed on stroke skills and have dry sessions built in to answer the many questions that are in swimmers minds, these will focus on the physical and psychological preparation required for competition or achieving personal goals in swimming.
Our training camps are designed to be a family holiday and cater for all from beginner to elite level. To the best of our knowledge no one else offers such an all round Aquatic experience to swimming families.
Camps are situated in fantastic locations that have been tried and tested to offer an all round holiday environment whilst improving skills, fitness, confidence, speed, and overall ability in water.

Ability Levels...
| Mother & Baby |
Fun environment with toys, learning basic principles. |
| Learn To Swim |
Grasping basic principles and ability to swim up to 5 metres. |
| Novice |
Learning two or three strokes and swimming up to 20 metres. |
| Development |
Good early understanding of strokes and agility in the pool. |
| Pre Competitive |
Training environment with understanding of starts & turns. |
| Competitive |
Member of a club introduced to competitions. |
| Age Grouper |
In regular training at County to National standard. |
| Senior |
County to National experienced and accomplished swimmer. |
| Elite |
Regional, National or International swimmer. |
| Masters |
Adult in regular training and has competition experience. |
| Adult Development |
Able to swim 50 metres on at least two strokes. |
| Adult Novice |
Competent in at least one stroke up to 25 metres. |
| Adult Beginner |
Starting out or picking up from previous experience. |
| Fitness |
Interested in wider range of sports and wants aquatic fitness. |
